Refund Policy

#14-Day Refund Window

If you're not satisfied with t0ggles, you can request a refund within 14 days of any charge (including first purchase or renewal). We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method once approved.

#Eligibility

Refunds are generally approved when:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
  • The account is in good standing and not flagged for abuse or fraud.
  • You haven't violated our Terms of Service.

Note: If you started on a free trial, the 14-day window begins from the first paid charge (after the trial ends).

#Not Covered

We typically can't refund:

  • Charges older than 14 days.
  • Accounts with repeated refund requests or evidence of abuse.
  • Fees paid through third-party marketplaces (see below).

#AppSumo And Other Third-Party Purchases

If you bought t0ggles through AppSumo or another marketplace, their own refund policy applies. Please request the refund directly through that marketplace's support.

#How To Request A Refund

Email support@t0ggles.com with:

  • The account email used for purchase
  • The charge date and amount (screenshot or receipt helps)
  • A brief reason for the request

We'll review and reply, usually within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued promptly; bank processing times may vary.

We may update this policy to stay accurate and compliant. We'll post changes on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
