Mumin Hadziu is a financial advisor who uses social media to educate people about money, mindset, and financial planning. He creates content around finance, AI tools, and online business to build trust and attract the right clients into his advisory funnel. Still in the early stages of building his audience, he's serious about creating content consistently - and needed a system that could keep up. You can find him on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
But before he found that system, his workflow was spread across half a dozen apps.
Mumin tried to manage everything with notes on his phone, simple to-do lists, Notion, WhatsApp messages to himself, and calendar reminders. It was messy - and he never had a clean overview of ideas, content, and client-related tasks in one place.
The result? Ideas got lost. Tasks got duplicated. He often felt like he was reacting instead of working with a clear plan.
"I had no single board where I could see: ideas, content in progress, posts to publish, and follow-ups with people who interact with my content."
For someone building a personal brand through consistent content, that lack of visibility was a real problem.
Mumin discovered t0ggles through the indie maker and startup community online. What caught his eye was how different it looked from the usual "corporate" project management tools.
"The idea of managing multiple projects on a single simple board really spoke to me, especially because I combine social media, client work, and my own business tasks. The product felt lightweight, modern, and focused."
He decided to move his workflow into t0ggles and give it a real try.

Mumin uses one main board as his command center. On this board he tracks:
This way he can see his entire social media pipeline and related business actions on a single board - without jumping between different apps.
When asked about favorite features, Mumin highlights the visual experience:
"I really like the dark mode and the overall visual style. I often work in the evenings, and the UI feels easy on the eyes and enjoyable to use."
He also values being able to combine different areas - content, business tasks, client-related to-dos - on one board while keeping the structure as simple as he needs.
What surprised Mumin most was how quickly t0ggles became his go-to planning tool.
"Even with a simple setup, I suddenly had a much clearer picture of what's in my pipeline and what actually moves my business forward. It feels light but still powerful enough for a real business workflow."
When asked for honest feedback, Mumin mentioned one thing: a dedicated mobile app. He'd love a real iOS/Android app - not just the web experience - so he can quickly capture ideas and check his board on the go in a more native way.
It's on our roadmap.
When asked what he'd tell someone considering t0ggles:
"If you want a simple but powerful place to manage multiple projects and ideas without getting lost in complexity, t0ggles is definitely worth trying. It gives you a clear overview, feels modern and pleasant to use, and helps you actually move things forward instead of just organizing them."
Thanks to Mumin for sharing his story. If your content ideas are scattered across too many apps, give t0ggles a try.
