We've been working on this one for a while. Board Reports brings real analytics into t0ggles - the kind of insights that used to require exporting data to spreadsheets or jumping into separate tools.

Click the bar chart icon in your board navigation, and you'll see exactly where your project stands: completion rates, team workload, dependency risks, activity patterns. All in one place.

#Summary Metrics At A Glance

The top of every report shows five key metrics:

  • Total Tasks - All tasks matching your filters
  • Completed - Tasks finished in the period
  • Completion Rate - Percentage of work done
  • Lead Time - Average days from creation to completion
  • Cycle Time - Average days of active work

Lead Time and Cycle Time are essential for understanding delivery speed. Lead Time shows how long customers wait; Cycle Time shows how efficiently your team works once they start.

#Burndown And Burnup Charts

Track sprint and project progress visually.

Burndown shows remaining work over time - watch the line trend toward zero as tasks get completed. Perfect for fixed-scope sprints.

Burnup shows completed work against total scope. When scope changes mid-project, you'll see it clearly as the total line rises. No more confusion about whether you're falling behind or if scope expanded.

#Status And Priority Distribution

Two charts help you spot workflow issues fast:

  • Status Distribution - A donut chart showing where tasks sit in your workflow. Spot bottlenecks when tasks pile up in specific statuses.
  • Priority Distribution - See the breakdown of High, Medium, and Low priority tasks. Make sure critical work isn't getting buried.

#Workload By Assignee

See exactly how work is distributed across your team. Each team member shows a stacked bar with Done, In Progress, and To Do segments.

Spot imbalances before they become problems. If someone has 20 tasks while others have 5, you know it's time to redistribute.

#Activity Overview

Two views into board activity:

  • Timeline - A stacked bar chart showing tasks created, changed, archived, and deleted over time. See when your team is most active and spot unusual patterns.
  • By User - Top 10 contributors ranked by total changes. Understand who's driving work forward.

#Dependency Health

For teams using task dependencies, this section surfaces risks before they derail your timeline:

  • Dependency count and tasks with dependencies
  • Average and maximum chain length - Long chains mean higher risk
  • Blocking tasks - Tasks holding up other work, with overdue warnings
  • At-risk tasks - Tasks currently blocked and waiting

Click any task to jump directly to it in the board.

#Flexible Filtering

Customize every report with powerful filters:

  • Date Range - This week, last month, this quarter, last 90 days, or custom dates
  • Date Type - Filter by when tasks were Created, Completed, or Active
  • Projects - Focus on specific projects or see the entire board

Reports automatically adjust data grouping based on your date range (daily, weekly, or monthly).

#Export For Stakeholders

Share your insights with the team or leadership:

  • CSV - Full data export for spreadsheets and custom analysis
  • PDF - Formatted reports ready for meetings and presentations

#Getting Started

Click the Reports icon (bar chart) in the board navigation to open your first report. Adjust filters, explore the charts, and export when you're ready to share.
