Decline reason for suggested tasks

When reviewing suggested tasks from public submissions, you can now include a decline reason. The submitter will receive an email notification with your feedback.

#How It Works

  • Open a suggested task awaiting approval
  • Click Decline
  • Enter an optional reason explaining why the task was declined
  • Click Decline again to confirm
  • The submitter receives an email with your feedback

This helps maintain clear communication with your community and provides valuable context when a submission doesn't fit your project's needs.

This feature is available on all boards with public task submissions enabled. No additional setup required.
