Reminders for Tasks And Notes

One of our most requested features is here. You can now set reminders on tasks and notes to notify yourself or team members at a specific date and time.

#What You Can Do

  • Schedule notifications for any date and time
  • Notify multiple recipients - yourself, team members, or both
  • Add a custom message to provide context
  • Post as comment - optionally add the reminder message as a comment on the task or note

#How To Set a Reminder

  1. Open a task or note
  2. Click the More button (three dots) in the top toolbar
  3. Click Reminders (badge shows pending reminder count)
  4. Click New Reminder
  5. Select recipients, date, time, and optional message
  6. Click Save Reminder

  • Follow up on tasks after a few days
  • Remind stakeholders about upcoming deadlines
  • Schedule review notifications for important notes
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
