We are happy to introduce a highly requested feature in t0ggles: Public Projects! In addition to public boards, you now have the ability to make specific projects public.
#Why This Feature is Great
Public Projects take the flexibility and transparency of t0ggles to the next level. This feature allows you to share individual projects with clients, stakeholders, or the public without exposing the entire board. It's perfect for maintaining privacy while showcasing your work or progress in specific areas.
#How It Works
- Navigate to the project you want to make public and open its settings
- Navigate to the all new "Visibility" tab
- Click on the visibility toggle (between lock and public icon)
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to make the project public.
That's all!
Now each public project will have its own unique URL in the format: https://t0ggles.com/BOARD_URL/PROJECT_KEY, e.g. https://t0ggles.com/acme-corp/clientapp.
Share the URL with anyone who needs to view the project. They can see the progress and details without needing access to the entire board.

- Client Transparency: Share specific project progress with clients, giving them direct insight into the tasks and milestones without exposing other projects. This builds trust and keeps them informed.
- Team Collaboration: Public projects are perfect for collaborating with external partners or teams. Share the project URL, and they can follow along without needing full board access.
