Until now, the Calendar View displayed a fixed number of tasks per day. This worked well for some teams, but others needed more flexibility. That's why we've introduced the new “Auto” Tasks Per Day option.
With Auto enabled, every calendar row (week) automatically adjusts its height based on the number of tasks inside. That means:
- No more clipped tasks.
- No endless scrolling to expand weeks.
- A cleaner, more readable calendar that adapts to your workload.
Now, your calendar grows naturally with your projects - giving you the space you need exactly when you need it.
#2. Project Filters - Focus on What Matters
We've also added a brand-new Projects filter to the Calendar View. If you're working across multiple projects, you can now instantly filter tasks by project category (e.g., UI Design, Backend, Mobile App, Marketing).
Benefits include:
- Quickly isolate tasks from a single project.
- Reduce noise when managing large multi-project boards.
- Simplify cross-team planning sessions by focusing only on the relevant scope.
