Today's update adds a powerful way to reuse and share your favorite setups across teams and workspaces. You can now convert any board into a template, get a Template ID, and send that ID to anyone. They paste it on the Create Board page and instantly spin up a new board with the same configuration.
Perfect for agencies, product teams, or anyone who wants consistent workflows without rebuilding everything from scratch.
#How To Share Your Board As A Template
On any board you own or can manage:

Click the board navigation button in the top left (board name dropdown) and Choose "Share Board".

In the "Share As Template" section, click "Create Template ID". The ID is generated immediately for this board.

Click "Share Template ID" to copy the board Template ID to your clipboard.

Share With Anyone - Send this Template ID to teammates, clients, or anyone else who wants to reuse your board configuration.
The template keeps the board's structure - workflows, statuses, projects, tags, and properties - so every new board created from it starts with the same setup.
#How Others Can Create A Board From Your Template
When someone receives your Template ID, they can create a board from it in a few clicks:

Go to Create Board.

Scroll down to Clone Existing Board.

In the "Shared Board Template ID" field, paste the Template ID.

Click the arrow button to fetch the template.

If the template is found, its board preview and details will appear.

Click Create Board to finish and get a brand-new board based on that template.
No manual configuration, no recreating statuses or tags - just enter the ID and start working.
