#Project-Specific Access

When a team member has the Editor role on a board, you can further restrict their access to specific projects within that board. This allows for more granular control over what parts of a board each team member can work on.

To assign project-specific access:

  1. Set the team member's board role to Editor
  2. A Projects selector will appear below the board
  3. Select which projects the team member should have access to

Team members with project-specific access will only be able to view and edit tasks within their assigned projects. This is useful when you have a large board with multiple projects and want to limit visibility for certain team members.

Note: Project-specific access is only available for the Editor role. Admin role users have access to all projects on the board.

Please Note: Inviting and managing team members is available only to teams with an active subscription.
