AI Tasks

You can quickly create tasks using AI assistance, providing a simple description of what needs to be done. The AI will generate detailed tasks based on your input.

#Creating Tasks with AI

To create tasks using AI:

1. Click on the AI Tasks Button:

   • In the board view, click the AI Tasks button (indicated by a sparkles ✨ icon).

2. Describe Your Tasks:

   • In the appeared dialog, describe your tasks clearly in natural language or as a list.
   • Include any specific details such as due dates, custom fields, priorities, or team member assignments.

3. Generate Tasks:

   • Once the description is ready, click the Generate button.

4. Review and Edit Generated Tasks:

   • The AI will analyze your input and suggest task titles, descriptions, and properties.

   • You can review, edit, or delete suggested tasks directly in this view if needed.

5. Add Generated Tasks to Project:

   • After reviewing the tasks, click the Add Tasks button to add them to your project board.

Now your tasks are automatically created and appear on the project board with the specified details.
