Dashboard

The Dashboard is your central hub in t0ggles. It is organized into three tabs:

  • Workspace - your personal workspace with focus tasks, boards overview, and recent activity
  • My Tasks - all tasks assigned to you across every board in one place
  • Team - team settings, member management, and invitations

You can switch between tabs using the toggle at the top of the dashboard.

#Workspace Tab

The Workspace tab gives you a quick overview of everything that needs your attention:

  • Focus - running timers, overdue tasks, and tasks due soon that are assigned to you. Shows up to 5 closest items in each category so you can prioritize what matters most.
  • Boards - all boards you have access to, grouped by team. Each board shows quick stats like overdue count, tasks assigned to you, and completion rate. You can also create new boards or delete existing ones here.
  • Recent Activity - a feed of your recent actions across all boards, including task updates, status changes, and more.

#My Tasks Tab

The My Tasks tab brings together all active tasks assigned to you from every board you have access to. Tasks are grouped by board and sorted by priority and due date so you can see your full workload at a glance.

#Team Tab

The Team tab is where you manage your team settings and members:

  • My Team - update your team name and logo
  • Team Members - view current members and manage their board access and roles
  • Invite Team Members - send invitations to new team members with specific board access
