Mention Team Members

Mentions allow you to tag team members directly in your task or note descriptions, ensuring they get notified and can easily find relevant content.

#Adding a Mention

1. Type an At Symbol (@)

   • On a new line or within your text, type @.
   • The Member Selector will appear, showing a list of workspace members.

2. Select a User

   • Choose the person you want to mention from the list.
   • The mention will be inserted as a clickable link to their profile.

#Viewing a Mentioned User

• Click the mention to open a User Profile Popup.
• The popup shows:
  • User name and role
  • Contact information
  • Location and join date
  • Bio
  • Other relevant profile details
