Archive Task

Tasks can be archived when they are no longer needed on your board but you prefer not to delete them permanently. Archiving tasks keeps your workspace tidy and organized while preserving task data for future reference.

Paid plan feature: The archive is available on paid plans - on the free plan this action is labeled Delete Task and removes the task permanently. You can start free and upgrade whenever you need it.

There are two convenient ways to archive a task in t0ggles:

#Archive Task via Quick Actions Button

If quick actions are enabled on task cards:

• Hover over the task card you wish to archive.
• Click the quick actions button (three-dot button) on the right side of the task card.
• Click on the Archive Task button (trash bin icon).
• Your task will be immediately archived.

#Archive Task from Task Details

To archive a task from its details view:

• Open the task by clicking on it.
• In the task details view, click on the task menu (three-dot button) located at the top-right corner.
• Choose Archive Task from the menu options.
• Your task will be archived immediately.

Archived tasks can later be restored (unarchived) if needed.
