Task Templates

Task Templates in t0ggles allow you to streamline task creation by saving frequently used tasks as reusable templates. With this feature, you can predefine key details and automate task start and deadline dates, making project planning faster and more efficient.

#How to Create a Task Template

To create a Task Template:

  1. Open the task details of the task you want to save as a template.
  2. Click the More Menu (···) in the top-right corner.

  • Period Begin/End → Set deadlines relative to time periods:
    • "At the beginning of the current/next week/month"
    • "At the end of the current/next week/month"
  • Exact Day → Define a specific recurring day (e.g., "On the 2nd Tuesday of each month").
