Project Visibility

The "Project Visibility" settings allow you to control who can access your project and how it is shared with others. You can toggle a project between Private and Public visibility using the switch icon in the visibility settings.

Free plan: Public projects work on the free plan, with a "Made with t0ggles" badge on the public page. Guest users are a paid plan feature.

Public Projects: When set to Public, your project will be accessible via a unique URL in the following format:

  • t0ggles.com/{BOARD URL}/{PROJECT KEY} (e.g. t0ggles.com/oss-crew/f7).

This URL can be shared with anyone, allowing them to view the project without needing access to the entire board.

Public users will have limited access:

  • Other projects within the board will be hidden.
  • "Notes" and "Archive" sections will be unavailable to public users.
  • Task comments will be hidden.
  • The names of board members will be changed to fictional ones.
  • Public users will not be able to add, edit, or delete anything on the board.

By making a project public, you allow broader visibility and collaboration, while maintaining control over sensitive information and permissions.

#Guest Users

Paid plan feature: Guest users are available on paid plans. You can start free and upgrade whenever you need them.

Instead of making the project Public, you can add Guest users to the project. They will have the following permissions and restrictions:

  • Guest users can see the project and tasks,
  • Guest users can suggest tasks (if Public Tasks are enabled),
  • Guest users can see the real names of the Board members.
  • Guest users can see and leave comments on tasks.
  • The "Notes" and "Archive" sections of the Board will still be hidden for guest users.
  • Guest users will not be able to add, delete or edit Tasks.
